This is Katy…and I envy Katy. My dad was a redhead, and NONE of us (me nor my siblings, or any of our own children) got that darn recessive gene to pull through. I have some red in my hair naturally, but not enough to notice until you go to try and bleach it and they don’t let it lift enough and you are left with orange highlights rather then blonde. (cough, cough…)
SO, when Katy came into my life about a year ago, I was instantly in love with her hair (ok, and her as a person, she is incredibly sweet, down to earth and totally fun!) She modeled for a bridal hair style shoot I did with an amazing hair stylist, and looked amazing, so I just had to photographer her and those beautiful red tresses again.
